The <b>Entitlements</b> dashboard enables administrators to view and manage your usage of Workday Extend. The dashboard provides statistics on your usage as well as thresholds that are determined by your Workday Extend contract. This dashboard enables you to validate your data usage and to view whether you're near your data usage threshold. The dashboard also provides links so that you can access more granular details of your API usage as well as manage your users, tenants, and Developer Support Contacts. Data is aggregated and updated every minute.

Workday uses these entitlements to determine your Workday Extend usage:

<table><thead><tr><th>Entitlement</th><th>Description</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><b>Company</b></td><td><p>The number of people at your company who can access the Workday Developer Site.</p></td></tr><tr><td><b>Data Usage</b></td><td><p>The total volume in GB of all inbound and outbound data transfers for Workday Extend apps in your Production environment.</p> <p>Data transfer includes all successful API requests and responses from your app to any Workday or third-party APIs. Data usage doesn't include API responses containing attachments.</p> <p>A successful API request doesn't respond with a HTTP response code of 400-499 or 500-599.</p> <p><b>Note:</b> This Entitlement displays for all other Extend customers.</p></td></tr><tr><td><b>Developer Support Contacts</b></td><td><p>The number of support contacts at your company who can open support cases with Workday.</p></td></tr><tr><td><b>Development Tenants</b></td><td><p>The number of Development tenants created by your company.</p></td></tr><tr><td><b>Extend Apps in Production</b></td><td><p>Click <b>View Apps</b> to see a list of your company's Extend apps in production.</p> <p>Integration Apps and External Home Page Cards Orchestrations (also known as Today Card Apps, don't count towards the <b>Extend Apps in Production</b> entitlement.</p> <p><b>Note:</b> This Entitlement displays for Extend Core and Extend Professional customers only.</p></td></tr><tr><td><b>Organization AI Usage</b></td><td>Displays the number of AI invocations used, and the total number of invocations available.</td></tr></tbody></table><br/>

To assist you with tracking your data usage, Workday provides color-coding for the <b>Data Usage</b> entitlement:

To protect the health of your tenant, Workday limits the number of API calls that can interact with your tenant on a per-second basis. If your tenant exceeds this limit, you'll receive a 429 response code. As soon as the number of requests per second drops below the limit, calls will complete successfully.
