## <a id="section_applicationId"></a>applicationId

(Optional) Identifies the app that the site belongs to.

## <a id="section_errorPageConfigurations"></a>errorPageConfigurations

(Optional) Contains declarations for HTTP error codes and their corresponding custom error page.

## <a id="section_headerBackgroundColor"></a>headerBackgroundColor

(Optional) The color of the banner across the top of the pages in the site. Use a hexadecimal color value.

Example:

## <a id="section_id"></a>id

(Optional) Uniquely identifies this site on the tenant. PMD pages can reference this id using the `<% site.id %>` variable.

## <a id="section_languages"></a>languages

(Required) Contains languages used for:

-   Label translation.
-   To translate date and numeric widget formats to the preferred locale setting in Workday, add the language code for the preferred locale in `languages[]`.


When you create an app, the `languages` array contains the default `en-US` language. Note that `languages[]` can't be empty.

An item in the `languages` array contains these properties:

## <a id="section_siteId"></a>siteId

(Required) Uniquely identifies the site metadata of the app. The `siteId` must match the `.smd` filename. A site represents a collection of pages, and displays in the URI path of the page URLs.

## <a id="section_siteAuth"></a>siteAuth

(Required) Contains authentication type declarations used by the PMD endpoints.

</li><li><code>AWSV4</code>- Amazon Web Services Signature V4 authentication.

## <a id="section_tenantedLabelOverridesEndpoint"></a>tenantedLabelOverridesEndpoint

(Optional) Specifies the label collection on the tenant.

## <a id="section_titles"></a>titles

(Optional) Contains the app title. Presentation Components display the title on all the page headers and on the browser tab. You can have multiple titles, each with a localized title for a specific language.

An item in the `titles` array contains these properties:
