Two-way visibility between the Worker business object and Workday Extend business objects enables you to:

-   Access and report on Extend business objects as related business objects of the Worker business object.
-   Easily surface and report on Extend app data across the Workday ecosystem.


Example: Create a report that uses Worker as the primary business object that returns details of all Charities for which the worker is the Relationship Manager.

To enable two-way visibility between the Worker business object and an Extend business object:

-   Create a `SINGLE_INSTANCE` field with Worker as the target business object.
-   In App Builder Visual mode, select <b>Enable Reporting from Target</b>. In Code mode, add `"enableReportingFromTarget": true` to the field definition.


You can enable up to 5 fields per Extend app for two-way visibility with the Worker business object. Fields that you enable for two-way visibility don't support field-level security.

For each field in an Extend business object with two-way visibility enabled, Workday generates a report field that returns all related instances of the Extend business object for the Worker row context. This report field is named <b>Extend business object label - field label (app reference ID)</b>.

You can use this report field in essential business process functions across Extend and Workday-delivered business processes, including:

-   Business process alerts and notifications.
-   Calculated fields.
-   Condition rules.


Example: If you add this field to the Charity business object:

-   Workday generates the <b>Charity – Relationship Manager (app reference ID)</b> report field. This report field returns all Charity instances for which the Worker is the relationship manager.
-   The Charity business object is available as a related business object from the Worker business object. The newly generated report field is available as a drill down for the related Charity business object.
