### Prerequisites

-   An app containing Card and Card Tenant Setting components deployed to your tenant.
-   Security:

    -   Security domains required by the entry points in Workday where you want to add Extend Cards. See their corresponding references in the steps below.
    -   App security domains.

        Use App Manager to set up the security policy for the security domains used by the Card Tenant Setting.




### Context

After you've built the Card and Card Tenant Settings in App Builder, you or a Workday administrator can add the Extend Card to any of the supported entry points in the Workday tenant.

### Steps

1.  For Workday Home, add the Extend Card in the <b>Work Tools</b> section of <b>Home Cards Workspace</b>.

2.  For Workday-delivered Hubs, add the Extend Card in the <b>Maintain Hubs</b> task.

3.  For Workday Search, add the Extend Card as a Custom Search Topic in the <b>Maintain Search Topics</b> report.
