A Card Tenant Setting is a model component that enables administrators to configure and display [Extend Cards](/wcp_docs/GUID-98b25b80-3fd3-487f-9bd3-7f9816551fe2-enHYPHENus.html) in Workday.

Define a Card in the <b>Cards</b> section of your app, then specify the Card’s route in a <b>Card Tenant Setting</b>. To enable users to see the Card in Workday, add the Card Tenant Setting to any of the supported entry points in Workday.

Define a Card Tenant Setting in the <b>Card Tenant Settings</b> section of your app. Then, you can add the Card Tenant Setting as an Extend Card in Workday, in any of these supported entry points:

-   Workday Home Page.
-   Workday-delivered Hubs.
-   Workday Search.
-   Workday Journeys

## <a id="section_1"></a>Attributes

-   <b>name</b>

    A unique name for your Card Tenant Setting. The name must be PascalCase characters and numbers.

-   <b>label</b>

    Identifies the Card in the tenant after you deploy the app. When an administrator configures the Extend Card in Workday, this label is the display name of the Extend Card.

-   <b>securityDomain</b>

    Controls access to the Card Tenant Setting. Each Card Tenant Setting requires at least 1 security domain. You can only use the names of security domains defined in the same app.

-   <b>routePath</b>

    The route to the Card you want to enable in Workday. This value must match the `routingPattern` for the Card in the `tasks[]` section of the App Metadata.
