title: Create Integration App Attributes

### Prerequisites

Create an integration app.

### Context

Attributes enable you to configure app-level, tenant-specific values that your integrations app can access during runtime.

### Steps

1. <a id="step_N10046_N10043_N10028_N10001"></a>On the Console, select your app.
2. <a id="step_N1004F_N10043_N10028_N10001"></a>On the <b>Overview</b> tab under the <b>Attributes</b> section, click <b>Add Another Attribute</b>. As you add each attribute, consider:

<table><thead><tr><th>    Option</th><th>    Description</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><b>Attribute Name</b></td><td>Must be unique within an app.</td></tr><tr><td><b>Type</b></td><td>Select <i>String</i>, <i>Numeric</i>, or <i>Boolean</i>.</td></tr></tbody></table><br/>

3.  <a id="step_N1007D_N10043_N10028_N10001"></a>Click <b>Save</b>.

    The Console saves the attributes in App Hub, and generates a new build of the app.

    <b>Note:</b> To edit or delete an attribute, click the related actions button in the <b>Actions</b> column.

4. <a id="step_N10063_N10034_N1001F_N10001"></a>Deploy the app to the tenant on which you want to assign the attribute values.

    On the <b>Promotions</b> tab, open <b>Available for Tenants</b> :

    -   Expand <b>Available for Tenants</b>.
    - Find the tenant you want to deploy to, and click <b>Update</b>.

5. To reference a tenant-specific attribute value in your app, use the `attrstore` predefined variable. The `attrstore` variable contains all app attributes. An app attribute automatically resolves its value based on the tenant environment the app runs in.

    This sample `text` tag assumes that you've created the `leadTester` attribute on the Console and that you've assigned a value in App Manager in the appropriate environments:

    ```
    {
    "type": "text",
    "label": "Assigned lead tester in this environment:",
    "value": "<% attrstore.stringValue("leadTester") %>"
    }
    ```
