### Prerequisites

Create an app containing at least 1 business object.

### Context

You can generate new app components directly from a business object, automatically establishing the relationship between them.

### Steps

1.  In App Builder, select a business object and click <b>Generate Component</b>. Alternatively, from a business object’s related actions menu, select <b>Generate</b>.
2.  Select the <b>Component Type</b> and provide a <b>Name</b> for it.

    You can generate these components:

    -   Pages (Manage, View, Create, Edit, List)
    -   Tasks
    -   Business Processes
    -   Reports

3.  Configure the new component. Note that the business object from which you created the component is already referenced in the <b>Target Business Object</b> field.
