### Prerequisites

Deploy your Extend App and Extend business object to your Workday tenant.

### Context

You can create an Enterprise Interface Business (EIB) integration system to manage data in your Extend App. Before you do, enable the Extend business object so that EIB can access it in a Workday tenant.

### Steps

1.  Access the <b>App Manager</b> report from your Workday tenant.
2.  In the <b>Actions</b> column for your Extend App, click <b>Configure</b>.
3.  On the <b>Security Domains</b> grid in the <b>Model Components</b> section, create or edit the security policy for the domain in your Extend App.

    To create a domain security policy:

    1.  Click <b>Create</b>.
    2.  Select <b>Confirm</b>.

    To edit a security policy:

    1.  Select Edit Domain Security Policy Permissions from the related action menu of the Extend App security domain.
    2.  Select <b>Confirm</b>.

4.  Add a row to the <b>Report/Task Permissions</b> grid.
5.  Select the security group that includes the user or users who will load data to the Extend App using your EIB integration.

    If your Extend App has multiple Extend business objects, you don't need to repeat this step for each business object. Workday applies these permissions at the Extend App level.

6.  Select the <b>Modify</b> check box.
